Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the SplitCam mobile application.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SplitCam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. If you use SplitCam on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The SplitCam service
SplitCam provides tools for capturing, arranging, combining, and sharing images. Features may change as the application is maintained and improved. Some features depend on the capabilities and settings of your device or on services provided by third parties.
3. Device permissions
SplitCam may request access to features such as the camera and media storage when they are needed for the functionality you choose to use. You can manage permissions in your device settings, but disabling a required permission may prevent the related feature from working.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain any rights you hold in photos and other content you use with SplitCam. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for that content and for anything you choose to save, publish, or share.
You must not use SplitCam to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- create, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the application except where the law permits it;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
5. Ownership of SplitCam
SplitCam, including its software, design, branding, and associated materials, is owned by the service provider or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for its intended purpose.
6. Third-party services
SplitCam may interact with operating-system features, app stores, sharing destinations, analytics, diagnostics, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and the service provider is not responsible for services controlled by third parties.
7. Availability and updates
The application is provided on an “as available” basis. It may occasionally be interrupted, modified, or discontinued. You are responsible for keeping your device and the application updated where updates are made available.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SplitCam is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use SplitCam. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the application, applicable law, or service practices change. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continuing to use SplitCam after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
